Starting an exercise program alone can be difficult, but with a Fit I Am personal trainer, it's different. Regardless of your fitness level, you will be able to achieve your fitness goals and be excited about your progress.
My training approach is as varied as my clients. After an initial assessment of your fitness and a discussion about your goals, I will prepare your exercise training program customized to meet your needs. I will reassess your progress periodically and design new programs to continually challenge you and meet your goals.
